Healthcare Operational Consultant - Discharge Dashboard Inside IR35: £360 - £400 p/d Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite in Derbyshire ASAP Start - 3 Month initial contracts with rolling extensions Overview A consulting firm is seeking an experienced consultant to support an operational improvement / transformation programme in a healthcare environment. This is an initial contract opportunity suited to someone with strong operational consulting, implementation, and stakeholder management experience. The Role You will join a transformation project focused on improving operational delivery in a complex setting. The role will involve analysis, workflow ownership, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of a improvement / transformation programme Engage stakeholders to gather information, align priorities, and maintain momentum Own and improve workflows as part of programme delivery Conduct analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and practical actions Support implementation of agreed improvements Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Ideal Profile 3-4+ years' experience in operational consultancy Experience in discharge dashboards / discharge improvement Experience delivering transformation work in healthcare or broader public sector settings Healthcare transformation experience Experience in implementation-led consulting engagements Strong implementation experience Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders Clear, structured communicator Strong analytical capability High attention to detail and professional credibility
