Rullion are looking to recruit for the following position for one of our global leading clients: Site Manager End August 2026 Start Duration : 6 Months + on this project then 12 months onto another project Location : London , then onto Chester. £(Apply online only) Per Day Outside IR35 8 Hours per day 5 Year Work History required. Site Manager Job Description Suitably qualified and experienced site manager with the following areas of expertise: Health & Safety management CDM principal contractor duties Daily coordination of site activity Subcontractor management Review and sign-off of documentation Site team coordination Client communications Work inspections / Quality Assurance Experience / Qualifications Minimum 10 years site management experience SMSTS qualification CSCS Card First Aid at work Certification CDM Experience Experience of managing building services projects, particularly HVAC, Heat Pumps and electrical works. Excellent communication skillsPPE provided by client , H&S On site and first day induction.
