Veterinary Front Desk & Client Care Advisor

Cinque Ports Vets in the United Kingdom seeks a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Advisor for maternity cover. This fixed term role is 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts across 7 days including early and late slots and occasional weekends.

You will welcome clients, book appointments, answer queries and help promote services with a focus on gold standard care. The ideal candidate has clinic experience, confidence on the phone, cash handling ability, and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
