THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for a property lawyer to join its growing team.

With 2-6pqe and commercial property and / or secured lending experience, you will manage your own caseload across commercial property and secured lending, to deliver an outstanding service to a diverse and loyal client base that includes institutional lenders, property investors, and developers.

Key responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions

Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.
Advising both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters including bridging finance, buy-to-let, and development finance
Conducting due diligence on investment property and portfolio transactions
Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and other security documentation
Handling landlord and tenant work including lease renewals, licences, and lease restructuring
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's other offices

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have:

Experience xwzovoh acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills
Familiarity with Leap case management software highly desirable
Residential property experience beneficial but not essential
