3.5T Van Driver – Leeds Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Leeds. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a 3.5T Van Driver who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team. Location: Leeds – LS11 5JW Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 5:00 am and 6:00 am – No Weekends The Role As a 3.5T Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing approximately 40–50 multi-drop deliveries per day to hospitality and business customers across Leeds and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete daily multi-drop deliveries. * Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care. * Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner. * Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures. * Provide excellent customer service on every delivery. * Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly. * Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales. Requirements To be successful as a 3.5T Van Driver, you will need: * A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. * Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred. * Good knowledge of Leeds and the surrounding areas. * To be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. * Strong communication and time-management skills. * A reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach. * A smart and professional appearance.
