Hours: Full-time (40 hours,Monday–Friday) with flexible options available

Location: Nursery name (local bus stop + Onsite parking)

The Role

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:

Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.

Essential:

Level 3 childcare qualification
Confident written and spoken English

Desirable:

Experience in an Early Years setting
Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
