This is a true generalist HR position where you'll partner closely with managers across the organisation, providing practical, down-to-earth HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in guiding and coaching managers, ensuring best practice, and confidently managing a wide range of employee relations matters.
What You'll Be Doing Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on day-to-day HR matters Managing employee relations cases end-to-end including: Disciplinary Grievance Performance management Absence management Supporting and coaching managers to build confidence and capability Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practice Contributing to HR processes and helping improve ways of working Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business What We're Looking For Proven experience in a generalist HR role within an SME Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law A proactive, solutions-focused approach Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills Organised, detail-oriented with strong process mindset Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively What's On Offer Part-time role (25 hours per week) with flexibility on how hours are worked On-site parking A supportive, close-knit team environment A business with low turnover and strong employee engagement The chance to truly make an impact in a growing SME If you're looking for a flexible HR role where you can really partner with the business and add value, please get in touch for more information. xwzovoh
