Electrical Project Manager Location: Central London (with flexibility) Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package About the Role A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee fast-track fit out projects across Central London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects within tight timescales. The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage electrical fit out projects from inception through to handover * Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and labour resources * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery * Drive fast-track project programmes while maintaining quality and safety standards * Attend client, design and progress meetings * Review drawings, technical specifications and project documentation * Identify and manage project risks, variations and technical queries * Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Liaise closely with commercial, design and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle * Support commissioning, snagging and final handover activities Requirements * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or fit out sector * Experience delivering fast-track commercial fit out projects * Strong understanding of electrical building services systems * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications preferred What’s on Offer * Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience * Opportunity to work on high-profile Central London fit out projects * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Competitive benefits package
