We are seeking a dedicated Service Leader to join an established care service in Southport . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated team of support workers while making a genuine difference in peoples lives.

About the Role As a Service Leader , you will play a key role in leading and developing an engaged, motivated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. You will drive performance, set standards, and create a positive service culture focused on improving outcomes and changing lives for the better.
You will be responsible for ensuring services are effectively resourced, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for the people supported.
This role requires an experienced leader who can confidently support individuals with complex needs, including behaviours that may require intensive support planning and proactive management to ensure safety, wellbeing, and quality of life. xwzovoh
What Were Looking For You will have:
Experience working in a Health or Social Care setting
Previous experience leading or supervising support teams
A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach
Experience supporting people who may present behaviours requiring specialist support planning
Confidence using basic IT systems (training can be provided)
A relevant professional qualification in Health & Social Care, such as: Care Management Level 3 (England)
Equivalent Health & Social Care qualification
Nursing, Social Work, or similar professional background
