Interim Chief Financial Officer

I'm working with a PE-backed business in the North West that is looking to appoint an Interim CFO for an initial 6-month assignment, starting at the end of August/early September.

The business has recently secured investment and is entering a key phase of growth, with an active pipeline of acquisitions and a clear buy-and-build strategy.

With no CFO currently in place, they need someone who can step in quickly, provide leadership to the finance function, and support the next stage of the company's development.

Key areas of focus:

• Leading and developing the finance function
• Improving reporting, controls and financial visibility
• Supporting M&A activity, including diligence and integration
• Working closely with shareholders and the leadership team
• Helping the business scale while maintaining operational discipline

We're keen to speak with experienced CFOs and Finance Directors who have:

• Strong M&A and acquisition integration credentials
• A track record of finance transformation
• Experience in founder-led and growing businesses
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get into the detail

The right person will be commercially minded, pragmatic and able to build strong relationships across the business and investor group.
