Manufacturing Engineer

A great opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established engineering business based in Maidstone, Kent. This role would suit someone with a traditional engineering background — ideally having come up through an apprenticeship — who is looking to move into a position focused on driving manufacturing improvements across the business. What's On Offer * Salary of £40,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience * The opportunity to make a real, hands-on impact within an established engineering business * A varied, practical role for someone who wants to combine engineering knowledge with process improvement About the Role As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll get hands-on with the manufacturing process, identifying and implementing improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and productivity across the site. This is a practical, floor-based role for someone who understands manufacturing processes first-hand and wants to use that knowledge to make things better.
