Audio Typist – Leamington Spa based £24,000 Excellent working opportunity currently available in Leamington Spa. Audio Typist Location – Leamington Spa Sector - Property / Building Surveying Specialism – Audio typist skills minimum 60-80WPM with past audio typist experience (RSA qualification essential - preferably Level 2 qualified) and excellent IT skills Contract Type - Full Time, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm (Part-time and hybrid working also considered for this role) 24 Days Holiday Further information Allcott Associates LLP are a growing Multi-Disciplinary Building Consultancy offering the opportunity to earn a competitive salary in a flexible environment. We are recruiting a qualified speed audio typist with a minimum capability of 60-80WPM and excellent IT skills. The role itself will be to type and insert text/photographs into Residential Building survey reports, check and send out to our large database of clients. The successful candidate must have vast experience in audio typing and work well under pressure. Excellent presentation along with the ability to manage varying workloads to tight deadlines. You will be technically proficient with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate at all levels. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience by way of typing test at interview stage. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £24,000 /year
