Commercial Gas Engineer

Nuco are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer based in North London Daily Duties: * Carry out reactive and planned works on a range of commercial gas appliances, heating systems, and other mechanical plant within boiler houses. * Perform annual servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair services to commercial boilers. * Conduct small works, basic wet plumbing, installation, and refurbishment of building services and heating systems. * Produce technical reports via PDA and complete gas servicing records as required. * Diagnose faults and repair leaks on all systems. * Collaborate with the electrical and BMS teams to resolve issues. * Ensure gas safety checks are completed in accordance with legislation and standards. * Attend relevant training to maintain professional competency and industry skills. * Complete tasks raised by the planning team within SLA requirements and provide real-time updates via PDA. * Work with the planning and procurement teams to ensure the correct parts are ordered and installed with minimal disruption to clients. * Maintain good housekeeping on all jobs and ensure a positive company image through professionalism and excellent customer service. Requirements * Gas Safe Registered. * Possession of the following ACS qualifications: CoDNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CCN1. * CENWAT and CKR1 qualifications. * Water Regulations 1999 & Water Byelaws. * Installation & Servicing of Domestic Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems. * Desirable: ACS qualifications CORT1 and ICPN1.
