Sprinkler Design Engineer Covering sites across the Midlands £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance & Benefits Overtime & Travel Package Available   We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to support the design and delivery of sprinkler systems across a range of main contract projects.   You will be responsible for producing compliant sprinkler designs, coordinating with clients and contractors, preparing hydraulic calculations, and supporting projects through to completion.   Key Responsibilities Design sprinkler systems in accordance with LPCB, BS EN 12845, and project specifications. Coordinate designs with clients, consultants, contractors, and other trades. Produce working drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material schedules. Attend site and design meetings as required. Support procurement activities and manage design documentation. Issue completion documentation and certification. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme requirements and industry standards. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sprinkler design engineering role. Strong knowledge of LPC BS EN 12845 and Factory Mutual standards. Proficient in AutoCAD and hydraulic calculation software. Ability to produce detailed sprinkler designs and calculations. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable LPCB Intermediate and Full Hydraulic Calculation qualifications. Revit 3D experience. Knowledge of NFPA standards. HND or Degree in an Engineering or Construction-related discipline. Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
