Senior Marketing Executive - Six month contract Location : Peterborough Salary : Up to £35k Essential : Immediately available Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep marketing knowledge, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies. * Plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, and traditional platforms. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Collaborate with creative, content, media, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights. * Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines. * Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas. * Support business development initiatives and pitch presentations. * Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff when required. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing * Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media, and media planning. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms. * Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
