Manufacturing Engineer (Medical Devices) Bath £65,000 - £75,000 What if your next role wasn't about maintaining someone else's manufacturing process... but creating it? We're working exclusively with an ambitious medical device company that is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to become the driving force behind its manufacturing strategy. This isn't the sort of role where you'll spend your days making small tweaks to an existing production line. You'll take ownership of the manufacturing relationship with global manufacturing partners, working alongside design, systems and quality teams to ensure new products move seamlessly from development into production. You'll influence how products are built, improve manufacturing processes, lead validation activities and work closely with suppliers to deliver high-quality, scalable manufacturing solutions. It's a position with real responsibility, real visibility and the chance to make a lasting impact on the future of a growing product portfolio. To succeed, you'll already have experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within a regulated industry such as medical devices or diagnostics. You'll be comfortable owning manufacturing processes, supporting manufacturing transfer and validation activities, working within ISO 13485 and collaborating with contract manufacturing partners. International travel (up to 30%) is part of the role, giving you the opportunity to work closely with global manufacturing teams and see your work implemented first-hand.
