Job description: Plumber/Multi Trader – Social Housing (Perm) Location: South London (Richmond/Wandsworth) Salary: Up to £39,000 per year Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join a well-established client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across Wandsworth and Richmond This is a permanent opportunity. Role and Responsibilities You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry, plumbing or wet trades alongside general multi-trade skills. Key Responsibilities * General plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties * Carpentry * Tiling * Patch plastering * Painting and decorating * Damp and mould treatment Requirements * NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (or equivalent) * Strong plumbing skills * Proven experience working in social housing (essential) * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits * Salary of £39,000 per annum * Company van and fuel card provided * 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
