What You'll Own
This role sits at the heart of the clinic.
You will be the person who ensures that everything works - and works exceptionally well.
From people to performance, from patient experience to profitability.
Your Impact Will Be Felt In
- Leadership: You'll inspire, coach, and develop a team of dentists, nurses, and front‑of‑house staff - building a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Operations: You'll ensure the clinic runs smoothly: scheduling, systems, compliance, stock, and patient flow - all under control.
- Performance: You'll track KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement actions that drive growth and efficiency.
- Patient Experience: You'll make sure every patient interaction reflects a premium standard - handling feedback and turning challenges into loyalty.
- Growth: You'll collaborate with marketing to increase visibility and attract new patients into the clinic.
Who You Are
You're not just a manager - you're a builder and operator.
You thrive in fast‑paced environments and know how to balance people, process, and performance.
You Bring
- 3+ years leading teams in healthcare, dental, or service‑driven environments
- Proven ability to improve performance and deliver results
- Strong understanding of operations and customer experience
- Confidence working with KPIs, targets, and financial metrics
- Experience with practice management systems (Dentally is a plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership presence

- Location: Glasgow - 89 Dunlop St, G1 4ET
- Contract: Full‑time | 40 hours/week
- Work model: On‑site role
- Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu: 9:00 - 18:00, Wed: 9:00 - 19:00, Fri: 9:00 - 17:00
