Site Engineer

We’re looking for a permanent Site Engineer to support delivery across major civil engineering projects throughout the UK. You’ll initially be based on a large infrastructure scheme in the South West in Exeter working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure works are delivered safely, accurately, and to programme. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on setting out, quality, and day-to-day site coordination. As Site Engineer you will: * Carrying out setting out, surveying, and volume checks in line with specifications * Interpreting drawings and technical information to support accurate delivery * Producing and managing earthworks quantities and 3D models * Setting up and maintaining machine control systems * Monitoring progress and reporting weekly volumes and outputs * Providing clear and accurate information to site and project management teams Our client requires a Site Engineer with: * Degree or HND/HNC/BTEC in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Experience and understanding of AutoCAD * 4+ years’ experience site experience in roads, drainage, earthworks, and reinforced concrete * Experience and understanding of AutoCAD and surveying software Salary and benefits include: * £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus package * Company Vehicle * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Ongoing professional development * Excellent lodge allowance If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Lloyd Barham on (phone number removed).
