Salary: £45,000 per annum + £6k car allowance
Location: South West England (regional travel required)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Drive Quality Excellence Across a Growing Early Years Organisation
We are looking for an experienced Regional Quality Advisor to support nursery leaders across the South West, ensuring outstanding standards of early years education, safeguarding, compliance and curriculum delivery.
This is an influential field-based role for a quality-focused early years professional with a proven track record of supporting nurseries to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes and deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.
Working closely with Regional Business Managers, Area Managers and Nursery Managers, you will provide expert guidance, coaching and challenge to drive continuous improvement across multiple settings.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting quality audits, reviews and mock inspections.
* Supporting nurseries in preparation for Ofsted inspections.
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective action plans.
* Coaching and developing nursery leaders to strengthen quality and compliance.
* Supporting curriculum implementation in line with EYFS requirements and organisational values.
* Monitoring quality performance and intervening early where additional support is needed.
* Delivering quality-focused training and best practice guidance.
* Supporting SEND provision and inclusive practice across settings.
* Producing reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
About You
You'll be an experienced early years professional with a passion for raising standards and developing others.
Essential requirements:
* Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks.
* Experience supporting multiple nursery settings in a regional, quality or operational role.
* Demonstrable success supporting settings to achieve Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
* Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills.
* Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice.
* Ability to build effective relationships with leaders at all levels.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the South West.
