Head of Finance & Operations

Head of Finance & Operations | Belfast | £50,000–£55,000

This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with the senior leadership team, with responsibility for finance, operational reporting, KPI analysis across multiple offices, and driving business efficiencies.

The role:

• Management accounts, budgeting, forecasting & cashflow reporting
• KPI reporting and performance analysis across offices
• Supporting senior leadership with commercial insight and decision-making
• Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
• Oversight of day-to-day finance and business operations

The person:

• Experience in a finance and/or operations role
• Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a broad role
• Professional services experience would be beneficial
