SEN Teaching Assistant Start Date: 7th Sept 2026 - end of academic year Location: Sydenham, Lewisham - South East London Contract Type: 3 days per week, long term Salary: £98 per day, increasing after 12 weeks (PAYE) Agency: SANZA Teaching Agency Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in young children's lives? We are currently seeking a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding Primary School in Sydenham on a part time basis in Year 1. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, surrounded by enthusiastic colleagues and eager learners. The nursery is an integral part of the school's success, and as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be joining a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education. Key Responsibilities: Working one to one with a dedicated child in Year with an EHCP. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Monitor and assess children's progress and development. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Build strong relationships with children and their families. Ideal Qualifications/Attributes: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Previous experience working as a SEN TA in a nursery or early years setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
