The Role As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include: * Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities. * Assisting with the delivery of the EYFS curriculum. * Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development. * Helping children develop communication, language and early learning skills. * Building positive relationships with children and families. * Supporting children's care, hygiene and wellbeing needs. * Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. * Observing and recording children's progress. * Working collaboratively with teachers and early years professionals.
