Deputy FSCO — Nuclear Safety Case Engineer

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Deputy Facility Safety Case Owner (FSCO) to join the Submarines FSCO team in Thurso. The role focuses on maintaining a safety envelope and providing safety oversight for nuclear facilities and major site programmes.

Responsibilities include ensuring changes are properly sponsored, ALARP compliance, and advising on safety management arrangements and safety case development. Prior experience in regulated environments and strong communication skills are desirable.
