Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm - Part-time applications will also be considered.

We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Norwich team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding aftercare experience to homeowners.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers following the completion of their new home, you'll manage enquiries, defects and complaints from initial contact through to resolution. Working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure repairs are coordinated efficiently, appointments are arranged promptly, and issues are resolved within agreed service standards.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines customer service, administration and coordination. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records on our CRM system, managing customer communications, coordinating operative diaries and helping ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
About you
You'll have previous experience in a customer-focused role within housing, house building, repairs, maintenance or a similar environment. Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You'll be comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience of Microsoft Dynamics being advantageous. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to resolving issues quickly and professionally.
