Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support to work with a leading company in the micro-mobility sector in Stockholm Road, London SE16 3LP, UK.

Shift patterns:

• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Flexibility is required for event support shifts, which may extend up to 12 hours.

Pay rates:

• £13.00 hourly

Essential requirements for Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support:

• Previous mechanical experience preferred (bike, e-bike, scooter, or similar)
• Ability to perform basic repairs independently
• Must be able and willing to cycle during shifts (primary mode of travel)
• Comfortable working outdoors across London
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience, especially at events
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Physically able to reposition bikes and perform manual tasks
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

Role responsibilities for Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support:

• Perform on-site maintenance and basic repairs on a fleet of electric bikes
• Cycle between various locations to ensure vehicles are in safe working condition
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical support during brand events
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used during shifts
• Assist with the logistics and setup of equipment for promotional activities
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working in public spaces
