- Inner London About the role We are recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the London Borough of Brent.

Requirements To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher you will: A secure understanding of the primary curriculum Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons Commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities High expectations for pupil progress and attainment A reflective approach to teaching and professional development Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
