Musgrave Group Plc, a leading family-owned food retailer, is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth across Northern Ireland. You will lead the Business Development team, build strategic retailer relationships, and deliver expansion plans for Musgrave’s flagship brands.
You will develop compelling selling materials, manage a high-performance team, and work across cross-functional partners to ensure profitable store openings and conversions with clear financial projections.
