Senior Engineering Manager South Yorkshire Excellent Salary + Benefits + Bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join a highly established and rapidly growing food manufacturing business at one of their flagship UK sites. With major investment underway across the site, this role offers the chance to lead and shape the engineering function during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. Significant budgets are in place for CAPEX, maintenance improvement projects, and the continued development of the engineering team. This is a highly visible leadership position where you will play a key role in driving engineering performance, operational reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term site strategy.
