Resourcing Partner
Job details: Temporary, Full Time, 1 day in office per week
Location: London/Glasgow/Cardiff
Day rate: £320 - £350 umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct robust scoping meetings with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews and managing candidate communications.
Develop effective selection methods, including assessment centres and psychometrics.
Create and deliver insightful recruitment management information to assess campaign effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Solid expertise as a Resourcing Business Partner with a proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs, ideally within a regulated environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative approach.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced IT skills, including Excel, to prepare recruitment reports.
A successful history of implementing direct recruitment methods and innovative attraction strategies.
