IT Contract Recruiter (Any Level) Belfast / Hybrid At Adepta Partners, were growing, with new client wins and increasing demand across the Contract market, and were looking for an IT Contract Recruiter to grow with us.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the freedom to build a desk, develop client relationships, earn seriously well, and work in an environment with no micromanagement! What the role involves: Managing the full Contract Recruitment lifecycle Building and developing new client relationships Business development strong outreach approach particularly into new markets Attend relevant Tech events throughout the year Managing Contractor relationships and Client accounts Working closely with existing and new customers across the tech space What we offer: Excellent commission structure & uncapped earning potential Strong Training and Onboarding process Strong existing client base with new business coming in Autonomy and flexibility Relaxed, supportive culture No KPI obsession
