Part-Time Marketing Executive Location : Hybrid – Colchester / Essex (with some travel to client sites and events) Hours : 16-24 hours per week (flexible) Salary : £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on hours and experience), Pro-Rata. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive who can help increase brand awareness, generate leads and showcase the fantastic work our team delivers every day. Purpose of the Role To increase visibility of SVC Solutions, generate quality leads and support business growth through effective digital marketing, content creation, events and brand development. The successful candidate will help turn our expertise and the team's client success stories into engaging marketing content that drives enquiries and strengthens the SVC brand. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create and schedule all SM content Produce engaging posts, articles and blogs Repurpose videos into multiple content formats Write client success stories and case studies Develop email marketing campaigns Create marketing materials and brochures Social Media Management Manage all company SM pages Support personal branding Increase engagement and followers Monitor analytics and performance Research industry trends and topics Lead Generation Support lead generation campaigns Create downloadable guides and resources Maintain marketing databases Assist with CRM updates and campaign tracking Identify opportunities from existing client relationships Events & Networking Promote SVC events and workshops Support BizzFest marketing campaigns Attend events where required Capture photos, videos and content Assist with sponsorship marketing activity Brand Development Ensure consistency across all marketing channels Update website content Maintain marketing collateral Support new service launches Develop employer brand initiatives Key Projects The successful candidate will help drive: Recruitment Services Leadership & Management Training Sales in a Box Management in a Box SVC Safety Solutions - Health & Safety BizzFest Events Skills & Experience Essential * Previous marketing experience * Excellent written communication skills * Strong social media knowledge * Experience creating engaging content * Good organisational skills * Ability to work independently * Strong attention to detail Desirable * Experience using Canva * LinkedIn marketing experience * Video editing skills * Event marketing experience * Knowledge of CRM systems * Experience within professional services, recruitment or training sectors Personal Qualities We are looking for We are looking for someone who is Creative, Proactive, Positive, Organised, Commercially minded, Passionate about helping businesses grow Most importantly, they must be able to take ideas and conversations and turn them into high-quality marketing content.
