We are looking for driven graduates, sales people or sports people, who want to become a reputable recruiter within their market. Our client specialises in placing senior talent into prestigious firms in the finance, technology, legal and life science industries. What you need:

• 2024 graduate with commercial experience
• 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
• 2026 graduate on track for a 2:1 or above
• Sales or cold calling experience (not required)
• People who are hungry to succeed
• Played competitive sports, or completed extra curriculars at school (preferred)

Role Highlights:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, cold calling
• Guide a candidate through the process of interviewing
• Learning how to negotiate and close a deal
