Sales Agent Broadband Sales NO COLD CALLING - Training Provided

Location: Chester
Salary: £25,000 basic, plus uncapped commission (Full Time OTE £700-£1,200 per month)
FT Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays), or alternatively we have a 4 day shift pattern Mon to Wed 09:30 - 19:30 & Thursday 09:30 19:00 also 37.5hrs.
PT Hours: Minimum of 20hrs, can be flexible with daytime/afternoon or evening shifts
About Us: Money Expert is an independent comparison company based in Chester, and we're expanding our team! Were looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agents to join our vibrant call centre. Youll be working with warm leads generated by customers researching their broadband and TV options online and requesting call-backs no cold calling involved.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Agent: Contacting potential or existing customers to discuss competitive broadband and TV packages
Evaluate customer satisfaction with their current provider and suggest alternatives if needed
Consistently meet and exceed set targets and objectives
Respond to customer inquiries and address objections
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Skills & Experience Required For A Sales Agent: Previous broadband sales experience is essential this can be face-to-face, over the phone, in-store, or online. As long as you have sold broadband products, we want to hear from you
Strong fact-finding and problem-solving abilities
Experience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres desirable but not essential
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
Excellent communication skills
Track record of success in Telesales or similar roles, with a focus on target achievement
Target-driven with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Motivated and outgoing, with a positive impact on team morale
