Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

Currently were hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our highest achieving consultants in our global business, some of the top billers and leverage off our existing relationships to level up your earnings.

The person:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk.

• Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
• Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
• We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed.
