The Role We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team. This is a rewarding, community-based role where you will work directly with individuals to help them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. No extensive prior experience is required. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to support others. Full training will be provided. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites and service locations are essential. Key Responsibilities Provide practical and emotional support to customers in line with their support plans. Conduct regular site visits and community visits to meet with customers. Assist customers with developing independent living skills. Support customers to access education, employment, training, healthcare, and community services. Build positive and professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies. Maintain accurate records, case notes, and support documentation. Identify and report safeguarding concerns in accordance with company procedures. Encourage customer choice, independence, and wellbeing. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development. What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and professional approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries. Good organisational and record-keeping skills. Willingness to travel between service locations and conduct site visits. Full UK driving licence (preferred or required, depending on the role). Basic IT skills. Desirable Experience in customer service, care, housing, community work, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or similar people-focused environments.
