You'll have ownership of complex cases and play an important role in delivering strong customer outcomes and effective credit stewardship. This is a role where you'll work closely with lending, underwriting and risk teams, giving you exposure across the full lending lifecycle. Package & Benefits • Salary up to £60,000 per annum. • Discretionary annual bonus. • Hybrid working with a 50/50 office and home split. About the Company You'll be joining an established specialist lender with a strong presence in the property finance market. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of bridging finance and refurbishment lending facilities throughout their lifecycle. • Monitor portfolio performance, construction progress, cashflow and early warning indicators to ensure effective credit stewardship. • Prepare credit proposals for facility amendments while maintaining compliance with lending policies. • Work closely with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and high-quality lending experience. About You • Experience within property lending or development finance in a banking or property finance environment. • Strong knowledge of bridging finance and refurbishment lending. • Experience managing lending portfolios and supporting complex property finance transactions.
