UX UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a growing Product & Technology team developing and transforming a cloud-based enterprise platform used worldwide. Working with teams across the business, you will lead the design intuitive, accessible user experiences, own UX across multiple product modules, and drive consistency through a scalable design system. The Role You'll be responsible for creating user-centred experiences from concept through to delivery, producing wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma while working closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. You'll also oversee an external design agency, ensuring the design system is maintained and adopted consistently across the platform. Key Responsibilities * Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI * Deliver intuitive, accessible and responsive user experiences * Maintain and evolve the product design system * Manage the external design-system agency * Champion UX best practice and WCAG accessibility About You You'll have: * Strong Figma and prototyping skills * Experience with design systems and component libraries * Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks * Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility * Experience working within Agile product teams What's On Offer? £55,000–£65,000 salary plus bonus Hybrid working (3 days in Glasgow) Private healthcare Pension contribution 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
