Wolviston Management services are delighted to be working in partnership with our Industry leading client Endolys on the appointment of a Production Team Leader   This is an excellent opportunity to join a technically advanced business operating within a high-hazard / COMAH environment, where safety, continuous improvement and people development are at the forefront of operations.   The Opportunity As Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating day-to-day production activities, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance, develop your team and contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of site operations.   The Role Lead and coordinate daily production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with COMAH and site standards Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments and incident investigations Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work and controlled operations systems Provide leadership, coaching and development to production team members Collaborate with engineering, EHS and wider teams to resolve operational issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability Support the introduction and development of new operational areas across site What We're Looking For Proven experience within chemical manufacturing or a similar high-hazard process industry Strong understanding of Permit to Work systems and controlled operations Experience or exposure to HAZOP and process safety activities Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills COMAH experience is desirable but not essential Flexibility to work a continental shift pattern Why Apply?
