Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required within the commercial team of a North of Scotland construction group. This organisation boasts a significant portfolio of successfully delivered high-value projects across the North of Scotland within a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.

This contractor delivers projects ranging on average from £5mil to £40mil from refurb and extensions to new builds and minor works. Their variety of work for both public and private sector clients is well-balanced and widespread, they pride themselves on their collaborative approach, as demonstrated by their record for repeat business and position on key frameworks. A high volume of current and projected projects is to take place in Elgin and near by locations in the North of Scotland, the increasing pipeline in this location has resulted in opportunity becoming available.

Application Requirements:

• Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
• Applicants in a QS role looking to make a step-up to Senior QS will be considered
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
