Are you a seasoned Architectural Technologist with a passion for innovation and excellence? My client, who is a leader in creating inspiring and sustainable spaces, is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team, to working within the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and construction drawings in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
