Children Support Worker - Floating Support

Prospero Health and Social Care is currently recruiting experienced staff for floating supports for Children in the Sheffield and surrounding areas. Everyday is different and you will face new challenges, we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promoting independence, being a role model and achieving a successful home environment for them to live, in line with local authority care plan.
