Armagh Type: Full-time or part-time, Permanent Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Portadown, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team.

The Role The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Youll be joining a supportive and friendly team with excellent administrative support and a strong local client base.

Key Responsibilities Managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and associated conveyancing paperwork Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements Maintaining a high standard of client care and service delivery The Person Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Remuneration & Benefits A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with experience, alongside benefits and opportunities for career progression within a growing firm. xwzovoh
