Interim Global Reward & Benefit Manager

5 days onsite in Victoria (No flex unfortunately)
Immediate start
6 months (possibility to go permanent)
We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation.
The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.
Key areas of focus are likely to include:
EU Pay Transparency readiness and compliance
End-to-end annual compensation and incentive review cycles
Pay equity, reward analytics, and workforce insights
Reward governance, process optimisation, and controls
Workday Compensation design, configuration, reporting, and testing
Pension legislation and regulatory requirements
Job architecture, grading, and organisational regrading
We're looking for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace.
Ideal experience:
Proven global reward & benefits experience
Strong Workday Compensation/HCM capability, this is essential. xwzovoh
Experience managing international reward projects
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
