Site Manager – New Build Residential

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year Job Description: Site Manager – New Build Residential Colwyn Bay Approx. £50,000 per annum (Subcontractor Basis) – Negotiable DOE Immediate Start | 12-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start role on a new-build residential development in Colwyn Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager to lead a quality residential project, with the potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial 12 months. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all on-site operations from start to completion. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel. * Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved. * Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets required specifications. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management. * Manage site documentation, records, and reporting. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build developments. * Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. * Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project programmes. * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
