About the role
Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR programmes and deliver credible advice to managers at our sites in the Swansea area. You’ll resolve complex queries, help shape new policies, and drive a positive employee experience as part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team.
You’ll work from an Amazon fulfilment centre or delivery site, using data to inform decisions and support colleagues’ growth and development.
