Bid Writer 📍 City of London (Hybrid: 1 Day Office | 4 Days Home) 💷 Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Package Our client, a leading corporate security provider, is looking for a talented Bid Writer to join its successful Bid team. Reporting to the Head of Bids, you'll create compelling, high-quality bid responses that help secure major contracts. This is a fast-paced role where exceptional writing skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Key Responsibilities * Write engaging, persuasive responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs and RFPs. * Produce high-quality content that is tailored to each client's requirements. * Work closely with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance and Subject Matter Experts to gather information. * Proofread, edit and format submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Manage multiple bids and competing deadlines. * Maintain and develop the bid content library. * Research clients and competitors to strengthen bid submissions. * Support Bid Managers throughout the bid process. About You You'll be an experienced Bid Writer with: * Outstanding writing and proofreading skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Experience writing successful bids, ideally within security, FM or outsourced services. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong Microsoft Office skills.
