This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in paid social marketing, with real ownership from day one. Sitting at the heart of our paid media activity, you'll support multiple brands across the UK and Europe, playing a key role in how our strategy, performance and creative evolve.
You'll work closely with the Paid Social Strategy Lead, agency partners and in-house creative teams, giving you hands-on exposure to strategy, planning, creative development, campaign execution and performance analysis, all within a fast-paced, varied environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of day-to-day social lead generation accounts, including Unilux (a Dutch Hunter Douglas brand)
Manage reporting, optimisation, sale changes, performance roadmaps and creative briefing
Act as a key contact for the paid social agency on Norwegian accounts, supporting communication, campaign briefings and performance reviews
Build strong relationships with international teams, sharing design briefs and performance insights across EMEA markets
Manage the creative briefing process, including submitting briefs, tracking timelines and maintaining asset libraries
Conduct creative gap analysis to identify opportunities for new content
Produce weekly creative performance reports, highlighting top-performing assets and trends
Support structured and insight-led creative testing across campaigns
Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across international brands
Support in-house management of the Swedish ad account, developing hands-on platform expertise
Assist the Paid Social Strategy Lead with reporting, creative strategy and ad copy development
