We are currently looking for a Senior Contract Manager who will lead business development of new business into CPM, mobilise effectively and to take into Operations.

As the Senior Contract Manager, you will:

Lead bid Management, including writing and proof-reading Quality submissions. Supporting the estimating of new and existing business.

Ensure Skanska Precontract governance is followed and in place. 

Ensure the site is operated in line with Skanska H&S to include site set up for new and existing properties, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.

Lead and develop the site team to deliver IFE Culture, zero accidents, zero environmental failures, zero ethical breaches; ensuring monthly reporting targets are met for all HSWE actions.

Responsible for the performance management of all subcontractors.

We are looking for:

Extensive experience delivering a Hard Services contract.

Experience in Business Development.

Management qualification.

Experience of managing large commercial sites with value in excess of 1.5 million pa.

Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget and manage a varying workload.

Technical background.
