Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Role

Im currently working with a high-growth recruitment agency in London that is looking to hire an ambitious Graduate level Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate at the very start of their career who is looking to break into recruitment, with full training provided and a clear path for progression.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, cold calling and direct outreach
• Writing and advertising job roles to attract high-quality candidates
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing interview processes and preparing candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working towards individual and team targets
